Easy and Hassle-Free Returns
We want you to love your jewelry! But if it’s not a match, you can return it within 14 days—even if it was on sale.
Try your purchases in the comfort of your home, and if you decide to send them back, we’ll be happy to offer a refund.
- Items must be unworn, in perfect condition, and in original packaging.
- Earrings can only be returned if unworn, and both must be included. Due to hygiene policies, we cannot accept returns on earrings once tried on.
How do I start a return?
To return your item, please complete the return form below. Once submitted, we will reach out within 24-48 hours to assist you in completing the return process.
Terms of Return
We understand how important it is to get exactly what you’ve ordered, and if something’s not quite right, we’re here to make it right.
- If your item arrives damaged, we’ll take care of everything and cover the return shipping costs.
- If you need a different size or style, we do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, you can return your item for a full refund of the jewelry’s price, and place a new order for the item you’d like.
- Returns must be sent back within 14 days of receiving your return instructions. After this period, we may not be able to process your request.
- Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item, typically within 5 working days.

Terms of Refund

- The amount will be credited back to your original payment method, minus shipping costs.
- Please note, it might take 4-7 working days for your bank to reflect the refund.
- Refunds can only be issued to the original payment card used at checkout.
