• Items must be unworn, in perfect condition, and in original packaging.
• Earrings can only be returned if unworn, and both must be included. Due to hygiene policies, we cannot accept returns on earrings once tried on.

• If your item arrives damaged, we’ll take care of everything and cover the return shipping costs.
• If you need a different size or style, we do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, you can return your item for a full refund of the jewelry’s price, and place a new order for the item you’d like.
• Returns must be sent back within 14 days of receiving your return instructions. After this period, we may not be able to process your request.
• Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item, typically within 5 working days.
