Two-Year Warranty
At PENOJE, we take pride in crafting high-quality jewelry designed to last. That’s why we offer a two-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering any defects related to craftsmanship or materials.

Our warranty applies to manufacturing defects, such as structural issues or faulty clasps.
What’s Not Covered?
This warranty does not cover:
- Lost or stolen items
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, tarnishing, or fading)
- Damage caused by improper care, such as exposure to water, chemicals, or excessive force
- Alterations or repairs by third parties
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- To request a warranty review. please fill our return form or email contact@penoje.com with:
- Your order number
- Product name
- A short description of the issue and when it occurred
Important Information
- If approved, the defective item must be returned for evaluation.
- If the same product is available, we will send a replacement.
- If the item is out of stock or discontinued, we will issue a refund.
- Third-party repairs or modifications void the warranty.
- Promotional or giveaway items may not be eligible for warranty claims.

We want you to love your jewelry! But if it’s not a match, you can return it within 14 days—even if it was on sale.
Return requirements
- Items must be unworn, in perfect condition, and in original packaging.
- Earrings can only be returned if unworn, and both must be included. Due to hygiene policies, we cannot accept returns on earrings once tried on.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift Cards
- Promotional or giveaway items may not be eligible for return claims.
Can I wear my PENOJE jewelry while exercising, swimming, or showering?
As tempting as it is to keep your jewelry on all the time, it’s best to take it off before hitting the gym, the pool, or the shower. Moisture and chemicals aren’t jewelry’s best friends, and giving your pieces a break will help them stay beautiful longer.
What materials are used in PENOJE jewelry?
At PENOJE, we create jewelry using premium materials like sterling silver, gold vermeil, and rhodium plating for added durability and shine. Our gemstones, such as White Topaz from Brazil, Rainbow Moonstone from Sri Lanka, Mother of Pearl, Green Onyx, and Citrine, are carefully hand-selected for their natural beauty and unique qualities, bringing elegance and charm to each piece.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible as we begin processing it immediately. However, if you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@penoje.com. If your order has already been shipped, we welcome returns within 14 days of purchase. You can follow our return process to receive a refund or exchange.
Where can I check my order status?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this link to monitor the status and estimated delivery time of your order. If you have not received a tracking email or need further assistance, please contact us at contact@penoje.com.

- Returns must be sent back within 14 days of receiving your return instructions. After this period, we may not be able to process your request.
- Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item, typically within 5 working days.
